BAFTA nominated actor JAMES BUCKLEY can currently be seen reprising his role of ‘Brian Fitzpatrick' in the second series of the BBC TWO comedy WHITE GOLD following the huge success of its first series - the most watched BBC TWO show on BBC iPlayer in 2017.

James’ is best known for his brilliant performance as favourite 'Jay Cartwright' in the beloved BAFTA winning E4 sitcom THE INBETWEENERS - a role that earned him a well deserved BAFTA nomination for ‘Best Male Performance In A Comedy Role’ and BRITISH COMEDY AWARD nomination for ‘Best Comedy Actor’. The show went on to have two critically acclaimed spin-off global feature films, THE INBETWEENERS MOVIE and THE INBETWEENERS 2.

James’ career has since spanned film and television across the globe. On the big screen; lead roles in the 20TH CENTURY FOX adventure and horror film THE PYRAMID, British-Canadian comedy THE COMEDIAN'S GUIDE TO SURVIVAL,alongside Shia LaBeouf and Rupert Grint in the indie feature THE NECESSARY DEATH OF CHARLIE COUNTRYMAN and with Maya Rudolph and Joann Cusack in POPSTAR: NEVER STOP NEVER STOPPING

His other television credits include for BBC ONE; Only Fools and Horses spin-off ROCK N CHIPS as a young Derek Trotter and THE BOY IN THE DRESS written by David Walliams. For UKTV, the lead role of ‘Brian' in fantasy series ZAPPED and in theUS, NBC UNIVERSAL comedy series I FEEL BAD.

Away from acting, James is a keen vlogger and has a hugely popular gaming YOUTUBE channel COMPLETED IT MATE with other 400,000 subscribers.
